How

Add 1–2 tablespoons of the soak into warm water. Soak feet for 15–20 minutes. Pat dry.
Apply generously and massage into feet, focusing on dry or cracked areas.

When

Use the soak 2–3 times a week for deep relaxation, and the foot cream daily — especially at night — for soft, nourished feet.
