How

  • Add 1–2 tablespoons of the soak into warm water. Soak feet for 15–20 minutes. Pat dry.
  • Apply generously and massage into feet, focusing on dry or cracked areas.

When

Use the soak 2–3 times a week for deep relaxation, and the foot cream daily — especially at night — for soft, nourished feet.

If you want soft and supple feet without any harmful chemicals i'd say go for Remembher's Cocoa & shea butter foot cream. i have been using this every day now. very happy with my crack free soft feet :)
